Умеренное уплощение тел позвонков СЗ, С4.
Задние арки VC1 не визуализируются.
Дужки позвонков C2, C3 не сращены, широко расставлены, в следствии чего позвоночный канал
на уровне C1-C3 диффузно расширен (переднезадний размер 2,4 см). Дуральный мешок контактирует с мягкими тканями задней поверхности шеи.
