Настоящее Положение определяет стат

Настоящее Положение определяет статус Правления ООО КБ
«НЕВАСТРОЙИНВЕТ» (далее по тексту – «Правление Банка»), его компетенцию, порядок
образования, организацию работы и принятия решений, а также права, обязанности и
ответственность членов Правления Банка.
1.2. Положение разработано в соответствии с действующими нормативно-
правовыми актами Российской Федерации, нормативными документами Банка России и
Уставом Банка.
1.3. В своей деятельности Правление Банка руководствуется действующим
законодательством РФ, Уставом Банка, настоящим Положением и прочими внутренними
документами Банка в части, относящейся к деятельности Правления Банка.
1.4. Правление Банка является коллегиальным исполнительным органом Банка и
осуществляет руководство текущей деятельностью Банка, за исключением решения
вопросов, отнесенных к исключительной компетенции Общего собрания участников Банка и
компетенции Совета директоров Банка.
1.5. Распределение компетенции между Правлением и Председателем Правления
устанавливается Уставом Банка и настоящим Положением.
