В случае списания со счетов Агента

В случае списания со счетов Агента денежных средств в соответствии с пунктом 2.1.12 настоящего Договора, а также по Операциям Принципала, признанными мошенническими или недействительными, по Операциям chargeback, уплате штрафов или иных требований, основанных на правилах платежных систем, по уплате комиссий Банка, по операциям возврата, операциям отмены оплаты и иным основаниями, предусмотренным договором с Банком, в течение 5 (пяти) рабочих дней со дня предъявления Агентом соответствующего требования, перевести Агенту денежные средства, списанные Банком со счетов Агента.
