Замминистра финансов Максим Орешкин на том же мероприятии отметил,что доля выручки нефтяных компаний,направляемой на налоги в 2016 году,сократится по сравнению с 2014 годом.
"Дискуссия довольно активно ведется по поводу налогообложения нефтяной отрасли. Моё мнение,что даже в этом сегменте мы имеем очень серьезное снижение налоговой нагрузки. Доля выручки нефтяных компаний,которая идет на налоги в 2016 году,будет ниже,чем она была в 2014 году",-пояснил замминистра.
Такое снижение налоговой нагрузки на нефтяников -"уникальное событие с точки зрение глобальных тенденций ".Именно изменение налоговой нагрузки на этот сектор позволяет компаниям продолжать инвестиции даже в условиях снижения цен на нефть-подчеркнул замминистра.
Накануне Всемирный банк резко снизил прогноз средней цены нефти на 2016 год:с 61 до 51 доллара за баррель.Снижение прогноза обусловлено дальнейшим замедлением мировой экономики,высокими запасами и ожиданиями возобновления экспорта нефти Ираном после снятия международных санкций.
