По отношению к различным видам ОЭИ по технологии распространения могут применяться специальные технологические требования.
• Технологические требования к локальным ОЭИ:
o возможность использование различных электронных носителей;
o возможность комбинирования электронных и бумажных носителей.
• Технологические требования к сетевым ОЭИ:
o возможность работы в локальном и сетевом режиме;
o ориентация на сетевую архитектуру “клиент-сервер”;
o наличие физически локализованных и распределенных в сети компонент;
o наличие средств администрирования процесса обучения (управление доступом, наличие средств регистрации, контроля, статистического анализа результатов обучения) и общих информационных баз;
o наличие средств организации коллективной работы (обратной связи с преподавателей или другими обучаемыми);
o платформенная и программная независимость.
Эргономические требования к ОЭИ строятся с учетом возрастных особенностей обучаемых, обеспечивают повышение уровня мотивации к обучению, устанавливают требования к изображению информации и режимам работы ОЭИ.
Основным эргономическим требованием является требование обеспечения гуманного отношения к обучаемому, организации в ОЭИ дружественного интерфейса, обеспечения возможности использования обучаемыми необходимых подсказок и методических указаний, свободной последовательности и темпа работы, что позволит избежать отрицательного воздействия на его психику, создаст благожелательную атмосферу на занятиях.
