В нашей семье к здоровью относятся с особым вниманием. Обычно за этим следит моя мама. Каждое утро у нас начинается с овсянки на завтрак. Родители следят за тем, чтобы я вовремя питался и принимал витамины, так как это очень важная часть нашего ежедневного распорядка. Мы ведем здоровый образ жизни, едим овощи и фрукты, я занимаюсь спортом. Три раза в неделю я хожу на занятия по самбо. По выходным первым делом вся наша семья делает зарядку, после чего каждый отправляется по своим делам.
