На уровне VL4-5 отмечается медианна

На уровне VL4-5 отмечается медианная грыжа диска до 4.5 мм, компримирующая к дурального мешка и нервных корешков с обеих сторон.
Жёлтые связки умеренного питания. Продольные связки уплотнены. Позвоночный канал вторично сужено на уровне диска VL4-5. Имеется уплотнение замыкательных пластин исследованных позвонков. Суставные щели дугоотростчатых суставов неравномерно сужены, суставные поверхности уплотнены, деформированы с наличием краевых остеофитов.
Вывод: МСКТ - признаки остеохондроза, спондилоартроз, спондилоза пояснично-крестцового отдела позвоночника. Медианная грыжа диска VL4-5. Вторичный стеноз позвоночного канала.
