я и моя соседка(сестра) придерживаемся точки зрения, что бюджет должен быть гибким. он должен меняться от месяца к месяцу. перерасходы в какой-то сфере за один месяц уменьшат бюджет в следующем месяце. например, если мы потратили на 40 долларов больше на одежду чем планировали в сентябре, тогда в октябре мы составляем бюджет с учетом нехватки этих 40 долларов, вычтем их из расходов на одежду или из расходов на что-то другое вроде еды, личных расходов или развлечений.
я уверен и это моя позиция что такой подход к составлению бюджета наиболее эффективен. он создает нестабильность бюджета в краткосрочном периоде, но зато создает стабильность на длительной дистанции.
