Культурный центр «Рух Ордо» имени Чингиза Айтматова расположен на территории Иссык-Кульской области Кыргызской Республики, в городе Чолпон-Ата.
Построенный в 2002 году центр изначально распахивал свои двери исключительно высокопоставленным лицам. Но поскольку организация исповедует принцип единобожия и всеобщего равенства людей, с 2007 года она открыта для посещения любого заинтересованного человека.
Киргизское «Рух Ордо» означает «Духовный Центр» или «Благословенный Город». Центр являет собой единение духовности различных культур и народностей. Территорию его делят равноудаленные друг от друга белоснежные часовни, символизирующие соответственное количество ведущих мировых религий. Идентичность сооружение подчеркивает равенство католичества, христианства, мусульманства, иудаизма и буддизма. 
Каждая из часовен сопровождается характерной тому или иному вероисповеданию атрибутикой. Так, подле буддийского храма установлен колокол желаний, исполняющий заветное и сокровенное в обмен на пожертвование. 
На стене еврейской синагоги висит портрет седовласой и большеглазой женщины, чьи глаза лучатся добротой. Картина есть дань памяти пожилой еврейке, заботившейся о Ташкуле Керексизове, создателе парка, на протяжении лет, проведенных им в детском доме. 
Мусульманская мечеть неприкосновенна изображениям живых созданий - это традиция; элементами декора служат ковры ручной работы, символизирующие сунниты и шииты – основные течения ислама. 
Католическая часовня содержит картину, чествующую Святого Матфея, принесшего к берегам Иссык-Куля учение Христа и заложившего здесь церковь; на берегу озера захоронена рака с мощами Святого. 
На церемонии открытия православной часовни присутствовал Борис Ельцин, сооружение носит имя его супруги Наины или Анастасии Узорешительницы (имя, которым крестили Наину). 
Иудейский храм обладает священным Пятикнижием – Торой, иллюстрирующей учения еврейского народа: Устный и Писанный законы. 
«Рух Ордо» заполнен изваяниями и скульптурами известных представителей научного общества и мира искусства, среди них религиозные и политические деятели, поэты, писатели и другие. Фигуры не подписаны, но вполне узнаваемы. 
Действует также выставка камней, представленная цветными и драгоценными минералами, привезенными со всего мира и найденными непосредственно в Кыргызстане, а также ювелирными изделиями. Здесь же можно пронаблюдать непосредственно за процессом огранки камней, приобрести понравившийся экспонат или заказать украшение по собственному эскизу; прослушать интересную лекцию и получить консультацию геммолога. 
Концертный зал «Рух Ордо» конструкционно связан с озером и акустически уникален. Считается прекрасной площадкой для проведения различных концертных и фестивальных мероприятий. С последними аккордами представления поднимается дальний занавес, открывая зрительским взорам прекрасный Иссык-Куль, с которым сцена словно сливается. 
На побережье построен пирс, на котором располагаются четыре беседки, символизирующие стороны света, а также здесь разводится 24 вида рыб, количество которых соответствует часам в сутках. 
Для туристов организуются экскурсии, сопряженные с посещением часовен, Сокровищницы знаний, Беседки Саякбая Каралаева, Выставочного зала, Кыргызской деревни и пирса. 
«Рух Ордо» - островок мира и спокойствия, единения с природой и самим собой.
