Рост себестоимости производства молока происходит из-за подорожания кормов и увеличения тарифов на коммунальные услуги, в первую очередь на электроэнергию. «Кроме того, несмотря на то, что фермеры платят акцизы на дороги, существует масса ограничений для их использования. Молочники не могут перевозить свою продукцию днем, а также им ограничили вес груза. Фермеры могут на одном грузовике перевозить только до 20 тонн молока. Как следствие, такие ограничения способствуют росту цен», - подчеркнула Музыченко. Как сообщал УНИАН, по прогнозам экспертов, этой осенью в магазинах молоко 2,5% жирности в полиэтиленовой упаковке будет стоить 16,20 грн/кг, кефир - около 21 грн/кг, масло 82% жирности - 155-160 грн/кг, а спрэд (72,5%) - 67-70 грн/кг. Как прогнозирует глава совета директоров Союза молочных предприятий Украины Вадим Чагаровский, поступление молока на украинские перерабатывающие предприятия в 2016 году сократится по сравнению с 2015 годом на 7-9% и составит 4,2-4,3 млн тонн.
