I. ОБЛАСТЬ ПРИМЕНЕНИЯ
1.1. Настоящий федеральный государственный образовательный стандарт среднего
профессионального образования представляет собой совокупность обязательных требований к
среднему профессиональному образованию по специальности 40.02.01 Право и организация
социального обеспечения для профессиональной образовательной организации и
образовательной организации высшего образования, которые имеют право на реализацию
имеющих государственную аккредитацию программ подготовки специалистов среднего звена по
данной специальности, на территории Российской Федерации (далее - образовательная
организация).
1.2. Право на реализацию программы подготовки специалистов среднего звена по

подготовки специалистов среднего звена с использованием сетевой формы наряду с
образовательными организациями также могут участвовать медицинские организации,
организации культуры, физкультурно-спортивные и иные организации, обладающие ресурсами,
необходимыми для осуществления обучения, проведения учебной и производственной практики
и осуществления иных видов учебной деятельности, предусмотренных программой подготовки
специалистов среднего звена.
