Посылку получил без крепёжной гайки

Посылку получил без крепёжной гайки. Родная гайка от HILDA потеряна. Пользоваться ручкой нет возможности. Ручка без гайки бесполезна. Продавец уже не в первый раз отправляет ручку без гайки. Гайка мне нужнее чем ручка.
