ГЛАВА 2 АНАЛИЗ ПРИМЕНЕНИЯ КЛИЕНТОРИЕНТИРОВАННЫХ ИНФОРМАЦИОННЫХ ТЕХНОЛОГИЙ В ДЕЯТЕЛЬНОСТИ ПРЕДПРИЯТИЯ
2.1 Характеристика организационно-правовой формы и вида деятельности
Свою историю СП «ВестТрансЛайн» ООО ведет с 1993 года, когда было создано ООО «Тэкфор». В 1995 году, ООО «Тэкфор» было реорганизовано в СП «ТэкфорИнтерТранс». 2001 год - на основании решения собрания учредителей, СП «ТэкфорИнтерТранс» было переименовано в СП «ВестТрансЛайн» ООО. Основные этапы развития компании представлены в таблице 2.1.

2011 Утверждена стратегия перехода от транспортной компании к логистическому 3PL-оператору, проведена реструктуризация группы компаний.
2010 Вступление в FIATA. Переезд в новый современный офис.
2009 Реализован круный проект - 1250 перевозок за 12 месяцев.
2008 Присвоен статус "Добросовестный участник ВЭД". Зарегистрирована экспедиционная компания в Германии - WestTransLine Gmbh.
2007 Вступление в АСМАП.
2006 Вступление в БАМЭ.
2005 Зарегистрированы транспортные предприятия в России - ООО "ВестТрансЛайн" и ООО "ЛогистикСервис". Введена в эксплуатацию производственная база в Беларуси.
2004 Получена лицензия таможенного перевозчика. 40 тентованных автопоездов, 80 водителей, 20 специалистов.

СП «ВестТрансЛайн» ООО создано в форме общества с ограниченной ответственностью и зарегистрировано в Едином государственном регистре юридических лиц и индивидуальных предпринимателей; осуществляет свою деятельность в соответствии с законодательством Республики Беларусь, международными соглашениями, к которым присоединилась Республика Беларусь и Уставом предприятия.
Предприятие является одним из первых учредителей «Белорусской ассоциации международных автомобильных перевозчиков», осуществляет деятельность в качестве таможенного перевозчика в соответствии с лицензией Государственного таможенного комитета Республики Беларусь, имеет статус Добросовестного участника ВЭД и аккредитовано Министерством иностранных дел Республики Беларусь для перевозки дипломатических грузов.
Предприятие располагает собственной производственной базой, расположенной в промышленном узле «Колядичи». На территории базы размещается подвижной состав организации, располагается круглосуточная диспетчерская служба, находятся боксы с ремонтными мастерскими.
На сегодняшний день, парк СП ”ВестТрансЛайн” ООО насчитывает 38 автопоездов соответствующих экологическим требованиям Euro-3, Euro-4 (24 автопоездов) и Euro-5 (140 автопоездов). Всего же на предприятии насчитывается около 230 тентованных автомобилей.
СП «Весттранслайн» ООО выполняет международные перевозки грузов в страны Западной и Восточной Европы, а также в страны СНГ как собственным транспортом, так и с использованием привлеченного транспорта.
Предприятие предоставляет следующие виды услуг:
 перевозка комплектных грузов массой до 22 т. или объемом до 100 м3;
 перевозки сборных грузов;
 обеспечение страхования перевозимого груза на полную стоимость в пределах до 1 млн. евро;
 оказание услуг консолидационных складов;
 перевозки опасных грузов (ADR - 2,3,5,6,8,9 класс);
