Координационный комитет по многостороннему экспортному контролю (КОКОМ) состоит из представителей всех стран НАТО (за исключением Исландии и вновь принятых стран) и создан для координации политики ограничения экспорта товаров, имеющих потенциальную стратегическую ценность, в бывший Советский Союз и некоторые другие страны.
