Анкара, Февраль 29 (Новый День, Татьяна Ильина) – Турция завила о свих интересах в Крыму, предложив Верховному комиссариату ООН по правам человека подготовить доклад о ситуации с правами человека в Крыму. Заявление прозвучало из уст вице-премьера Турции Лютфи Эльван на сессии Совета по правам человека ООН в Женеве.

Как передает корреспондент NDNews, власти Турции сообщили, что обеспокоены случаями нарушений прав человека на юго-востоке Украины и в Крыму по отношению к крымско-татарскому меньшинству. В связи с этим Анкара призвала Верховный комиссариат по правам человека подготовить отдельный доклад по ситуации с правами человека на полуострове, передает РИА «Новости».

Напомним, в конце апреля 2015 года Крым посетила турецкая делегация во главе с Мехметом Ускюлем. Тогда представители Турции остались довольны тем, как живут крымские татары. «Я приехал в Крым не как политик, а как человек, который неравнодушен к судьбе крымских татар. За два дня, которые наша делегация уже здесь находится, мы встречались с крымским правительством, представителями общественности, посетили места компактного проживания крымских татар. То, что я вижу сегодня – меня успокаивает, я безумно благодарен крымской стороне за гостеприимство и, в свою очередь, приглашаю их посетить Турцию с ответным визитом», – заявил Ускюль.

Однако в конце 2015 года отношения Турция и России резко ухудшились, и теперь турки, периодически обстреливая территории курдов в Сирии, забеспокоились о правах крымских татар.
