Добрый день г-н Morrone! Как вам известно, специалисты ТОО "Теплотехникс 2" уже несколько раз писали в Unico про ошибок на ПО LRP 311 и SRP 330. В этих версиях мы обнаружили, что замерные данные не сохраняются. Это очень не устраивает Заказчика. Заказчики со всех месторождении Казахстана жалуются на эти версии UNICO.
В связи с чем, у нас складываются нижеуказанные вопросы:
1. Исправили ли Вы этих ошибок?
2. Как долго нам еще надо ждать исправленных версии?
3. В крайнем случае, мы будем вынуждены откатить версии прошивок на старые версии. Так как, Мы знаем, что Unico по гарантийным обязательствам требует от нас установить последние версии на все оборудовании.
