Процессно-ориентированное бюджетирование («Activity-Based Budgeting» - АВВ) бизнес-процессов позволит связать текущую деятельность компании с реализацией стратегических целей её развития, так как бюджеты не только контролируют использование ресурсов, но и воплощают в жизнь стратегические задачи организации. Применение АВВ позволит выделить по каждому процессу его начальные ресурсы, этапы формирования конечного результата (показателей на выходе БП) при использовании данных ресурсов, оценить эффективность выполнения БП, связать каждого исполнителя БП со стратегическими целями компании.
