закон-это то,что противоречит здравому смыслу
я не согласна с этим выражением,так как если бы не существовала такого понятия как закон,то кругом царили бы анархия,дестрой. Или же если бы закон действительно так многозначительно противоречил здравому смысл,то люди просто напросто бы не следовали им и всё опять же пришло к анархии.Но!Следует включать во внимание тот факт ,что закон - это закон,закон -не показатель справедливости,а справедливость не всегда показатель законности.У каждого свое понятие справедливости ,все видят (интерпретируют) его по разному в законе.Но!Закон един и следует это помнить.
