злравствуйте Надин! у меня был разговор с работниками банка и даже с главным бухгалтером банка страны. И единственное что они могут сделать это отдать мне деньги. не полную сумму но кое что могут сделать. И завтра я еду в Киев (столицу Украины) писать заявления на возврат денег. этот административный сбор надо оплатить в Бельгии. и моя сестра может помочь это сделать.
