после того как прошло 3 месяца со дня заказа- товар я так и не получила, поэтому открыт был спор, защиту продлевала... Правда продавец предложил еще раз отправить товар...я согласна была еще подождать, но спустя несколько дней он мне предложил вернуть деньги, я согласилась...деньги пришли через три дня...Сложилось впечатление что продавец и не отправлял товар... на сайте он не отслеживался...
