Добрый день. Я Алексей Леонтович проходил обучение дайвингу по курсу открытая вода в апреле 2014 в вашем центре в Хургаде в отеле Хилтон Лонг Бич. После окончания курсов мне сказали что карта придет в Россию на мой адресс через один месяц. В июле 2014 я отправил письмо на адресс [e-mail] с повторной просьбой выслать мне карту. Сейчас июль 2015 у меня до сих пор нет карты, она мне нужна для продолжения обучения. Прошу разобраться в ситуации и выслать мне карту. Моим инструктором был Mohamed Samy с номером 637344
