Характеристика
Душицы трава содержит эфирное масло, дубильные вещества, флавоноиды и другие биологически активные вещества.
Описание
Смесь кусочков стеблей, листьев и цветков. Цвет коричневато-зеленый с фиолетовыми, белыми, коричневыми и розовыми вкраплениями. Запах ароматный. Вкус водного извлечения горьковато-пряный, слегка вяжущий.
Фармакотерапевтическая группа
Отхаркивающее средство растительного происхождения.
Фармакологическое действие
Настой душицы травы оказывает отхаркивающее, желчегонное, мочегонное, успокаивающее действие. Усиливает перистальтику кишечника и повышает секрецию желудочного сока, обладает умеренными противомикробными свойствами.
Показания к применению
Заболевания верхних дыхательных путей (острый и хронический бронхит, ОРВИ); секреторная недостаточность желудочно-кишечного тракта, атония кишечника, энтероколит, сопровождающийся запорами и метеоризмом.
Наружно – в виде примочек и ванн при гнойничковых заболеваниях кожи и диатезе.
Противопоказания
Повышенная чувствительность к препарату. При применении внутрь – беременность, детский возраст (до 18 лет).
Способ применения и дозы
4 фильтр-пакета (6,0 г) помещают в стеклянную или эмалированную посуду, заливают 200 мл (1 стакан) кипятка, накрывают и настаивают в течение 15 минут, периодически надавливая на пакетики ложкой, затем их отжимают. Объем полученного настоя доводят кипяченой водой до 200 мл.
Настой применяют: внутрь - по 1/4 - 1/2 стакана 2-3 раза в день за 15 минут до еды, наружно - в виде ванн или примочек. Курс лечения - 1-2 недели.
Перед употреблением настой рекомендуется взбалтывать.
