Картофельный салат с колбасой

Ингредиенты:

фасоль зеленая 250грамм
колбаса 250грамм
картофель вареный 400 грамм
редис 1 пучок
лук репчатый 2 головки
шнитт-лук по вкусу
зелень петрушки 1 пучок
Для горчичного соуса:
горчица 1ст. ложка
уксус винный белый 2 ст. ложки
масло растительное 2 ст. ложки
сливки 2 ст. ложки
яичные желтки 1 штука
сок лимонный 1-5 капель
перец черный молотый по вкусу
соль морская по вкусу

Способ приготовления:

Отварите фасоль.
Колбасу нарежьте тонкими полосками, картофель – круглыми ломтиками, редис – кружочками, лук – тонкими кольцами. Зелень петрушки нарежьте.

Для заправки смешайте в миксере горчицу, масло, винный уксус, сливки и яичный желток. Добавьте соль, перец и лимонный сок.

Все подготовленные ингредиенты соедините.
К овощам с колбасой добавьте приготовленную заправку и перемешайте.
Перед подачей посыпьте салат нарезанным шнитт-луком.
