Сферы и звенья финансовых отношений взаимосвязаны, образуя в совокупности единую финансовую систему.

Разные звенья финансовой системы обслуживают разные виды финансового распределения: внутрихозяйственное - финансами предприятий. внутриотраслевое - финансами предприятий, комплексов, ассоциаций, межотраслевое и межтерриториальное - государственным бюджетом, внебюджетными фондами.
