В опытах на 10 обездвиженных миорел

В опытах на 10 обездвиженных миорелаксантами кошках массой 3-4 кг с помощью микроэлектродной техники и метода микроионофореза физиологически активных веществ исследовали влияние ноотропных средств семакса, мексидола и ГВС-111 на импульсную активность отдельных нейронов разных зон коры большого мозга. Установлено, что большинство корковых нейронов чувcтвительны к ноотропным средствам. Обнаружено, что угнетающее влияние мексидола на нейроны в более чем половине случаев полностью предотвращается или существенно ослабляется ГАМК-негативными веществами бикукуллином и пикротоксином. Опыты проводили на 10 обездвиженных миорелаксантами кошках – самцах массой 3-4 кг в условиях искусственной вентиляции легких. Для микроионофореза использовали свежеприготовленные растворы (растворителем служил 0,03М NaCl) семакса, мексидола (0,5М).
