На мой взгляд, гостиная выглядела роскошно. Центром ее был камин. Элегантный набор мягкой мебели был расположен вокруг толстого коричневого коврика пред очагом. Я удобно устроился в одном из кресел. Слева от кресла был низкий квадратный столик с небольшой вазой с какими-то цветами, которые пахли необычно, но приятно. Я с завистью посмотрел на книжные шкафы по обе стороны от камина. Часы и несколько украшений на каминной полке поблескивали в свете огня.
