После успешного эксперимента по выращиванию салата, осуществлённого на борту МКС в августе, астронавты NASA попытаются вырастить цветы. Этот эксперимент является частью большого проекта по выращиванию растений, для изучение влияния микро гравитации на жизнь растений.
На этой неделе астронавт активировал систему и поместил в неё семена.
Астронавт будет включать красные, синие и зелёные светодиоды, активировать систему подачи воды и питательных веществ и следить за ростом растений.
