Меня зовут Вячеслав Силкин. Я учусь на первом курсе магистратуры в университете путей сообщения. Направление моего обучения - Системный анализ и управление. Основными предметами обучения являются системный анализ, бизнес анализ, принятие решений, теория игр, системное моделирование, теория оптимизации. Я могу применять эти навыки в разных областях и должностях. В России квалифицированных системных аналитиков не много, так как эта специальность появилась недавно. Задачи бизнес аналитика и системного аналитика разные, но во многих Российских компаниях эти задачи решает один человек. Бизнес аналитик получает требования к разрабатываемой системе от заказчика, анализирует, заполняет в форму и строит бизнес модель системы. Также в обязанности бизнес аналитика входит оптимизация функционирования системы, создание различных диаграмм (Use Case, Class diagram, Sequence diagram и др.), построение моделей («Как есть», «Как должно быть»), нахождение «болевых точек» в модели. Системные аналитики — это люди, которые получают информацию с требованиями к системе от бизнес аналитика, анализируют, определяют основные компоненты и функциональные блоки системы и передают сформулированную информацию разработчикам. К основным задачам системного аналитика можно отнести написание технического задания. Моя специальность связана с проектированием информационных систем, разработкой моделей, оптимизацией функционирования исследуемых систем. Сейчас работаю в компании 220 Вольт, занимаю должность системного аналитика. В мои обязанности входит управление и оптимизация процессов закупки, распределения, поставки товаров компании. Мне нравится разрабатывать модель «Как есть», «Как должно быть», находить «болевые точки», описывать систему в виде совокупности диаграмм. Мне не нравится писать техническую документацию, потому что этот процесс очень рутинный.
