Опираясь на идеи сосуществования, взаимопроникновения и, одновременно, сохранения своеобразия индивидуальных культур, педагог помогает участникам образовательного процесса и получить опыт межкультурного взаимодействия, и обогатить собственный культурный багаж, развивая и сохраняя собственную идентичность
