Вы формально отнеслись к моей жалобе. Сайт аэропорта Барселоны не информирует транзитного пассажира о том, что если он переходит из терминала 1 в терминал 2 , то этот пассажир пересекет границу. Я не могла узнать о том, что я буду пересекать границу Испании, если буду идти из терминала 1 в терминал 2. Мой случай может повториться с любым пассажиром. Ваша кампания оплатила мой билет Барселона-Киев-Минск и мое питание обед завтрак ужин в Барселоне. Ваша кампания имела убыток из-за моего случая. Ваша кампания имела убыток по причине неправильного обслуживания транзитных пассажиров в аэропорту Барселоны. Если Ваша кампания не будет действовать в связи с моим случаем, то этот случай может повториться. Ваша компания будет снова иметь убытки.
