Испытание проводят потенциометрическим методом в соответствии с ЕФ (2.2.3), Ф.США (791) или ГФ XII, ч. 1, с. 85.
Измерение проводят с помощью микроэлектрода типа Solitrode Pt (Methrohm, кат. № 6.0228.000 или аналогичный).
В качестве испытуемого раствора используют объединенную пробу препарата не менее чем из 2 шприцев (шприц-ручек) (не менее 2 мл).
