1.Мостовой кран № 1037 – отсутствует ведомость о проведении технического обслуживания, не проведено частичное техническое освидетельствование, отсутствуют технологические регламенты, имеется паспорт.
2. Мостовой кран № 1034 - не проведено частичное техническое освидетельствование, отсутствуют технологические регламенты, имеется паспорт, проводится техническое обслуживание с записью в ведомости о проведении технического обслуживания
3.Мостовой кран № 1036 - не проведено частичное техническое освидетельствование, отсутствуют технологические регламенты,имеется паспорт, проводится техническое обслуживание с записью в ведомости о проведении технического обслуживания.
4. Воздушный компрессор в механическом цеху – проводится техническое обслуживание с записью в ведомости о проведении технического обслуживания, имеется паспорт, отсутствует технологический регламент.

Рекомендации:

1. Провести частичное техническое освидетельствование мостовых кранов.
2. Восстановить ведомость о проведении технического обслуживания на мостовой кран № 1037
3. Разработать технологические регламенты по эксплуатации грузоподъемных механизмов и сосудов, работающих под давлением.
