Второй тур голосования на губернаторских выборах в Камчатской области, как известно, не принес неожиданностей. Жители региона, как и ожидалось, проголосовали за то, чтобы полномочия главы администрации области остались за прежним губернатором Михаилом Машковцевым еще на один срок.

По данным избиркома, за действующего главу региона проголосовали 49,61% избирателей. Второй кандидат на губернаторское кресло, глава Усть-Камчатского района Борис Невзоров набрал 37,64%. Против всех проголосовали 12,10% избирателей, пришедших на выборы.
