В первую очередь хотелось бы отметить следующее. Во избежание проблем,
задержек и прочего с таможенным оформлением убедительно просим Вас
уделить первоочередное внимание предварительному согласованию
отгрузочной документации с нашей компанией. Как то:

- пакинг-листы;

- инвойсы;

- коносаменты;


Все перечисленные документы д.б. приведены в соответствие с заявленными
в классификационном решении данным. В случае несоответствия документы
должны быть инсправлены в соответствии с нашими инструкциями.

По готовности контейнеров к отгрузке нам необходимо будет предоставить
следующую информацию:

- номера контейнеров;

- номер букинга;

- номера пломб.


Коносамент подлежит согласованию до погрузки на судно.


Кроме вышеуказанного просьба проинструктировать Грузоотправителя
позиционировать контейнеры на следующий контейнерный терминал порта
Санк-Петербург - КТСП ("Контейнерный Терминал Санкт-Петербург"), либо,
что еще предпочтительней - терминал Русмарин-Северная Верфь).
