проведения церемонии вручения
верительных грамот послами иностранных государств
Президенту Кыргызской Республики А.Атамбаеву


Время проведения: 11.00

У центрального (южного) входа Белого дома расстелены ковровые дорожки, выстроен коридор из роты Почетного караула Национальной гвардии Кыргызской Республики.
При подъезде к Центральному входу Белого дома послов встречает сотрудник Департамента Государственного протокола МИД Кыргызской Республики. Затем посол и сотрудник Департамента Государственного протокола МИД Кыргызской Республики подходят к командиру роты Почетного караула для заслушивания рапорта, после чего следуют, вдоль роты Почетного караула по центральной лестнице и поднимаются на лифте на седьмой этаж к холлу "Белого зала".
По прибытию к холлу «Белого зала», посол и сопровождающие лица совместно с Директором Департамента Государственного протокола МИД Кыргызской Республики проходят в «Белый зал», где их ожидает Президент Кыргызской Республики.
С кыргызской стороны в церемонии участвуют Президент Кыргызской Республики, Министр иностранных дел Кыргызской Республики и Заведующий отделом внешней политики - в ранге Заместителя руководителя Аппарата Президента Кыргызской Республики.
Посол располагается в специально обозначенном месте напротив Президента Кыргызской Республики, слева от него - директор Департамента Государственного протокола МИД Кыргызской Республики, справа - супруга или сопровождающее лицо, позади Посла - переводчик.
Построение присутствующих лиц с кыргызской стороны осуществляется следующим образом:
Президент Кыргызской Республики по центру;
Министр иностранных дел Кыргызской Республики - справа от Президента Кыргызской Республики;
Заведующий отделом внешней политики - в ранге Заместителя руководителя Аппарата Президента Кыргызской Республики слева от Президента Кыргызской Республики.
Сотрудник Департамента Государственного протокола МИД Кыргызской Республики представляет посла на государственном языке Кыргызской Республики. Посол произносит слова краткой приветственной речи, далее делает шаг вперед и вручает верительные грамоты Президенту Кыргызской Республики.
Президент Кыргызской Республики делает шаг вперед, принимает верительные грамоты, поздравляет посла с вручением верительных грамот и приглашает к протокольной фотосъемке. Вручивший грамоты посол занимает обозначенное место в зале. В таком же порядке вручают и другие ожидающие послы иностранных государств. По окончанию вручения всеми послами, Президент Кыргызской Республики за трибуной произносит речь. По окончанию речи Президента Кыргызской Республики в зал заносится бокалы с шампанским и напитками.
На этом церемония вручения верительных грамот завершается.
