Одни говорят , что да действительно , технический прогресс всегда вреден для окружающей среды , другие напротив говорят , что да вреден , но не всегда .

Я считаю , что технический прогресс всегда влияет на окружающую среду . Потому что люди создают новые виды промышленности , факторы производства . Например : в 18 - 19 веках шло быстрое создание заводов и фабрик , которые покрасили Лондон , столицу великобритании в черный цвет . Во вторых можно привести в пример разработки автомобилей , которые выделяют в окружающую среду углекислый газ , и из за этого могут расстаять ледники и человечество погибнет.

Другие считают , что технических прогресс не всегда вреден для окружающей среды . Они приводят в пример создание нового фактора производства , преобладающего в современном обществе , сферу услуг . Ведь это технический прогресс , который никоем образом не может нанести вред окружающей среде .

Да действительно может они и правы , но даже сферы услуг и информации могут нанести вред окружающей среде . Например , мы берем кредита в банке - нам оказывают услугу , и потом на эти деньги мы покупаем машину , которая очень сильно влияет на окружающую среду .
