Звукоподражательные слова характерн

Звукоподражательные слова характерны для художественных текстов. Писатели используют ономатопы для усиления психоакустического фона описываемой сцены, для выражения состояния, ощущений героя и т.п.
На основе проведенной работы было выявлено, что английские звукоподражательные слова большей частью либо состоят из одного корня: bang, plop , либо присоединяют очень ограниченное число окончаний (одну, редко две): screamed, creaking, squeaker.
