Уважаемые Господа! В ходе эксплуатации LRP и SRP на месторождениях в АО "Каражанбасмунай", при аварийной пропадании электропитания или ручного отключения общей питании САУ , Заказчиком обнаружено на обоих оборудовании следующие неисправности очевидно связанные с определенным программным обеспечением . После аварийного перезапуска не сохраняются нижеследующие суточные замеры:
по SRP:
На LRP установлена 311 версия, а на SRP установлена 330 версия прошивки. На прежних версиях SRP 254, LRP 257 такой проблемы нет. В связи с чем, просим Вас срочно исследовать отчеты предоставленные нами по SRP и LRР для решения проблемы на скважинах, а также для официального ответа Заказчику.
