И еще - можно ли запретить пользователям reopen conversations? Если оператор закрыл переписку - пользователь не может ее открыть? Нам это очень нужно, так как наши операторы работают по графику и пользователь может написать, когда оператор оффлайн. При этом функция http://prntscr.com/a0zqi8 не подходит, так как необходимо знать, сколько у каждого оператора было диалогов, и каждый оператор должен иметь возможность найти свои диалоги
