6.4.6. Страхователь обязан незамедл

6.4.6. Страхователь обязан незамедлительно, но в любом случае не позднее, чем в течение 3 (трех) рабочих дней письменно сообщить Страховщику о ставших ему известными значительных изменениях в обстоятельствах, сообщенных Страховщику при заключении настоящего Договора и Полиса, если эти изменения могут существенно повлиять на увеличение страхового риска. Значительными признаются следующие изменения:
- изменение существенных условий Договора банковской гарантии;
- отрицательные изменения финансовой устойчивости Принципала, если о них стало известно Страхователю;
- применение к Принципалу финансовых санкций со стороны контролирующих органов, если об их применении стало известно Страхователю от Принципала;
- получение уведомления от Принципала о начале процедуры банкротства;
- неисполнение или ненадлежащее исполнение Принципалом своих обязательств по исполнению договора, обеспеченного Банковской гарантией;
- закрытие Принципалом своего расчетного счета у Страхователя.
