Проект предусматривает строительство 16-ти этажного кирпично-монолитного жилого дома, который станет элементом заключительной части застройки нового квартала вокруг станции метро «Фрунзенская», где ранее начали реализовывать ряд жилых проектов компании ЮИТ, Юнит и Лемминкяйнен. Общая площадь объекта - 11 940 кв.м. Европейские планировочные решения без лишних площадей по принципу только «полезные метры» разработала британская архитектурная компания ARUD Limited. Площади квартир составляют от 42 до 121 кв.м. Дом также будет включать встроенные коммерческие помещения площадью 1 159 кв.м и подземную автостоянку.
