3. Цена договора и порядок расчетов

3.1. С договора, заключенного Заказчиком с клиентом, которого предоставил Исполнитель, Заказчик выплачивает Исполнителю вознаграждение в размере ___% от договорного объема продаж в соответствии с ценовой политикой Заказчика.

3.2. Выплата вознаграждения по настоящему договору осуществляется путем перечисления средств на расчетный счет Исполнителя, указанный в настоящем договоре.


3.3. Вознаграждение выплачивается Исполнителю за привлечение соответствующего клиента в течение ______________________________ с момента заключения договора между Заказчиком и соответствующим клиентом.
