Ингредиенты:

140 г муки
200 мл молока
1 яйцо
1/6 чайной ложки соды
40 г слив.масла
30 г сахара
щепотка соли

Приготовление:
смешать муку,сахар,,соду и соль.

Яйцо взбить,чтобы получилась пена.Добавить молоко.Добавить сухие ингредиенты и перемешать.

Масло растопить и перемешать в тесте

Выливать небольшие порции теста на сковороду.Печь каждый панкейк примерно по 2-3 минуты с каждой стороны.
