CLAAS купил своего китайского конкурента Jinyee

Немецкий производитель сельхозтехники CLAAS успешно завершил сделку по приобретению большей части активов китайского предприятия Shandong Jinyee Machinery Manufacture Co. Ltd. (Jinyee), расположенного в г.Гаоми (Gaomi) провинции Шандунь (Shangdong). Теперь предприятие называется CLAAS Jinyee Agricultural Machinery (Shandong) Co. Ltd.

Торжественная встреча руководства обоих предприятий произошла в сопровождении секретаря Коммунистической партии Китая г.Гаоми (Gaomi) на территории китайского завода 23 января 2014г. После подписания договора о покупке в июле прошлого года, политическое руководство города должно было дать одобрение на продажу предприятия с крупной государственной долей и завершить детали сделки. Руководители фирмы CLAAS в свою очередь обозначили важность расширения своей фирмы и подчеркнули особую значимость китайского рынка на будущее за счет развития сельского хозяйства КНР с упором на модернизацию и механизацию.

Предприятие Jinyee было основано в 1958г. и сейчас ведет производство на двух заводах в городах Гаоми (Gaomi) и Дакинг (Daqing). Эти города являются центрами сельскохозяйственных регионов. Поэтому основная продукция - машины для сбора урожая кукурузы и пшеницы. Обороты компании за 2013 г. ожидаются на уровне 90 млрд Евро. Фирма трудоустраивает около 1100 человек. К моменту продажи Jinyee располагала крупной сервисно-сбытовой сетью в центральном и северном Китае.
