Заказчик имеет исключительное право

Заказчик имеет исключительное право на созданную по заданию Заказчика Программу, а также право собственности на все материальные носители, содержащие экземпляры Программы, созданные по Договору, с момента передачи их Заказчику в соответствии с условиями Договора.

The employer has the exclusive right to the customer's requirements by programme, as well as ownership of all physical media containing copies of the programs created under the Treaty, since their transfer to the customer in accordance with the terms of the contract.

Результаты (английский) 2:

The customer has the exclusive right created by the Customer Program, as well as ownership of all physical media containing copies of the Program, created under the Treaty, since the transfer to the Purchaser in accordance with the terms of the Agreement.
