12.1. Поставщик вправе предоставить

12.1. Поставщик вправе предоставить Покупателю вознаграждение за приобретение определенного количества продовольственных Товаров. Размер вознаграждения не может превышать десяти процентов от цены приобретенных продовольственных товаров и не учитывается при определении цены Товара. В случае предоставления Поставщиком вышеназванного вознаграждения Стороны оформляют отдельное дополнительное соглашение к настоящему Договору.
12.2. Не допускается выплата указанного в п. 12.1. настоящего Договора вознаграждения в связи с приобретением Покупателем отдельных видов социально значимых продовольственных товаров, указанных в перечне, установленном Правительством Российской Федерации.
12.3. Включение в цену настоящего Договора иных видов вознаграждения за исполнение Сторонами условий настоящего Договора и (или) его изменение не допускаются.
12.4. Об изменениях банковских реквизитов, почтового адреса, либо предстоящей реорганизации (ликвидации) Стороны обязаны письменно уведомить друг друга в течение трех рабочих дней с момента принятия соответствующего решения, либо внесения соответствующих изменений.
12.5. Сторона, не уведомившая другую Сторону надлежащим образом об изменениях своих реквизитов, не имеет право ссылаться на такие изменения в случае выполнения другой Стороной своих обязательств по Договору по старым реквизитам.
