Чтение играет важную роль в жизни каждого человека. Мы начинаем читать с раннего детства и чтение сопровождает нас всю жизнь. Книги сначала нам читают наши родители. А со школьного возраста мы читаем сами.
Но при чтении книг могут возникать разные проблемы. Одна из таких проблем это ухудшение зрения. Поэтому очень важно при чтение соблюдать правильную позу и иметь хорошее освещение. Если ты читаешь очень интересную книгу, то это у тебя отнимает много времени. В результате может быть недосыпание. После прочтения хорошей книги появляется ощущение, что такую интересную книгу ты никогда не найдёшь. Я думаю, что чтение приносит много пользы.
