СО2-ЭКСТРАКТ, СЕМЕНА СЕЛЬДЕРЕЯ, ДИОКСИД УГЛЕРОДА, ТЕХНОЛОГИЧЕСКИЙ ПРОЦЕСС, МАТЕРИАЛЬНЫЙ РАСЧЕТ, ОБОРУДОВАНИЕ, КОНТРОЛЬ ПРОИЗВОДСТВА, ОХРАНА ОКРУЖАЮЩЕЙ СРЕДЫ.

Объектом проектирования является производство СО2-экстрактов семян сельдерея.
Цель работы – разработка проекта цеха по производству СО2-экстрактов на примере СО2-экстракта семян сельдерея производительностью по сырью 500 кг/сут.
Обоснован выбор диоксида углерода в качестве экстрагента. Описаны достоинства технологии СО2-экстракции. Представлена характеристика готового продукта, требования к качеству сырья и вспомогательных материалов, используемых в производстве СО2-экстрактов. Изучены схемы последовательности технологических операций и аппаратурного оформления процесса, описан технологический процесс. Выполнен материальный расчёт и подобрано оборудование. Разработан план контроля производства. Рассмотрены вопросы охраны окружающей среды.
