если ни одна из сторон не известит другую сторону в письменной форме за 30 дней до истечения срока действия настоящего Договора о его расторжении, срок действия Договора автоматически продлевается на каждый последующий календарный год

If neither party notifies the other party in writing 30 days prior to the expiration of the term of this agreement on its dissolution, the duration of the contract is automatically renewed for each subsequent calendar year
