Диагноз пациентка обнаружила в 2014 на фоне резкого сокращения веса, опухании селезенки и повышения температуры.
Зимой 2014 у пациентки упали тромбоциты до 19. С 26го Сентября 2014 пациентка 2 недели принимала препарат “Hydrea”, потом через 3 дня перевели на препарат “Clivec” она принимала до 4го Июля 2016. В начале доза препарата была – 4 таблетки, с Мая 2016 – по 6 таблеток из-за повышения количества лейкоцитов.
С 6го Июля 2016 пациентка принимает “Tesigna” но оно вызывало алергию. Пациентка продолжает принимать данный препарат.
5го Июля 2016 вышел результат PCR: detected mutation T315I, врачи сказали что у пациентки резистентность к “Clivec” и “Tesigna”
